2011 Lottery Rules & Regulations

The Kinsmen Club of Sudbury Showcase Sweepstakes contest is open to anyone over the age of 18 years except the Kinsmen Club of Sudbury Showcase Chairman, Co-Chair, Support Staff and their immediate families living in the same household.

Contestants may enter as often as they wish. Only 13,900 tickets will be sold. Tickets will only be sold in the province of Ontario. Any dishonored payment for a ticket shall cause the purchaser to forfeit the ticket. The forfeited ticket will be transferred to the next applicant, as determined by the draw Chairman.

Cost of a single ticket is $100. Guidelines for purchasing a 3-pak for $200 are as follows: all three tickets must be purchased at the same time, all three tickets must contain the same information, only one envelope will be mailed containing all three tickets.

Groups of up to 10 people may purchase tickets. All names must be listed on the reverse side of the ticket stub. The primary ticket holder whose name appears on the front of the ticket will be the recipient of any prize(s) that are won. It is the responsibility of the primary ticket holder to allocate prize(s) as necessary.

In the event all tickets on this lottery are sold prior to the Early Bird Draw date the remaining draws shall commence immediately afterwards. Tickets purchased before the Early Bird Draw will be eligible for all prize draws. Tickets purchased after the Early Bird draw will be eligible for all remaining prize draws. After each draw, the winner is recorded and the winning ticket is immediately re-entered in the current and subsequent draw(s). The ticket drum will be spun two or more times after each stub has been drawn. All draws will be made at 10 Landreville, Sudbury, Ontario.

Prizes are awarded as indicated on ticket starting from top to bottom in each series of draws and are tax-exempt. All winners will be notified by phone & or in writing immediately following the draws. Kinsmen Club of Sudbury Showcase Chair is appointed the judge and his decision is final. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, no exceptions, substitutions, cash alternatives or refunds unless otherwise stated.

A Cash option of $400,000.00 is offered for the Showcase Home and Bonus Package located at 10 Landreville, Sudbury, Ontario

By entering our Sweepstakes, contestants accept these rules and agree to the use of their names and pictures for publicity purposes by the Kinsmen Club of Sudbury. By purchasing this ticket you hereby give consent to the Kinsmen Club of Sudbury to gather & retain the personal information contained on this ticket.

The list of winners will be published in the Northern Life & on the Sudbury Kinsmen Website within 10 working days of the draw(s). The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.
